The spacious main room of the Bungalow, with tall picturesque windows and a fireplace, is preserved as a colonial living room, adorned with paintings and cultural artifacts, and laid out with lounge style seating arrangements. Hanging from the ceiling is an upturned boat, typically used on the River Brahmaputra. This room is meant to host national and international dignitaries.
